He drives innovative underwater asset management, biofouling control, and sustainable practices, securing key contracts like Babcock for the Royal Australian Navy while ensuring regulatory compliance and reducing costs.
Mathew Harvey
Chief Technology Officer
Mathew leads technology innovation at MarineStream, specialising in software and marine science. A former scientific diver with 15+ years in marine consulting, he was instrumental in the development of the MarineStream platform for biofouling management, integrating blockchain for compliant, data-driven underwater solutions.

Marc Green
ROV Manager
Marc oversees Franmarine's ROV fleet with extensive experience in underwater robotics and operations. As a marine biologist and IMS Inspector, he leads inspections and cleaning using Deep Trekker ROVs for subsea hulls, UWILD surveys, and biofouling management in challenging port environments, enhancing efficiency and safety while reducing diver risks.
Kyden Bradley
ROV Technician and Pilot
Kyden combines technical expertise with piloting skills at Franmarine's workshop, delivering exceptional underwater operations. Trained at South Metropolitan TAFE and supported through the Defence Industry Pathways Program, he coordinates maintenance and deployments for ROV missions, maximizing efficiency and safety in biofouling and inspection projects.
