Three classes of ROV system, plus the capture plant that goes with them. Every machine here has worked our own defence and commercial jobs before we offered it to anyone else.
Survey and condition assessment with 4K imaging, positioning and live stakeholder access.
Heavier vehicles for work that goes beyond looking: tooling, manipulation and station-holding in current.
Robotic in-water hull cleaning at berth, at anchorage or adrift, with full capture where the port requires it.
The three classes are designed to work together. The vehicle that inspects a hull also verifies the clean, and the crawler that does the cleaning is the machine that feeds the capture plant. Everything comes with deployment support, spares and field commissioning.
Portable survey ROVs with 4K imaging and positioning. The same systems document pre- and post-clean condition, and the feed can be shared live. The 3D models below can be orbited, zoomed and panned if you want to see how the chassis go together.

For when the job stops being observation and starts being work. These vehicles carry tooling, hold station in current, and operate where an inspection ROV would be pushed off the asset.
Intervention work covers the tasks that sit between a survey and a full dive spread: clearing an obstruction, operating a valve or latch, recovering equipment, taking measurements by contact, or holding a tool steady against a structure while the job is recorded.
There is no single Valour package. Configurations are specified against the task, the depth and the environment, so tell us the work and we will quote a vehicle that suits it.
A remotely operated crawler that works the hull above and below the waterline on permanent-magnet tracks, with no divers on the plate. The fresh-water cavitation head strips fouling without abrasion, so modern antifouling coatings survive the clean.
Because it is robotic and self-adhering, the crawler is not tied to a berth. We run it at anchorage and at sea with the vessel adrift.
Orbit the chassis, toggle the foam floats, and see how the tracks and cleaning head sit together.

The cleaning-class crawler plus everything needed to keep material out of the water column. Three elements feed one uplift line into one filtration plant, which meets biosecurity discharge standards anywhere we have taken it.
Off the shelf, the crawler releases whatever it removes. Our shroud encloses the cavitation head with dual debris-exhaust ports, holds negative pressure against the hull, and draws about 1,200 L/min of effluent straight into the uplift line.
Propellers, rudders, sea chests, bilge keels and thrusters are cleaned by divers using suction-through-head blades and capture cups. Robotic, handheld or penetration, every head returns its effluent through the same uplift line.
A self-contained, ISO-deployable plant captures, filters and disinfects the full stream. There is no bypass line, so every drop passes all four stages. Solids are bagged for compliant disposal.
Australia's first robotic in-water hull clean with full capture, delivered on a defence vessel.
Coarse solids separated to a catch bag; filtrate drains to the bund.
Non-pressurised and gravity-fed, with twin spraybars sweeping the screen continuously. This is the stage that handles the fibrous, shell-laden waste which blinds conventional filters.
Eight parallel housings polish the stream down to 5 μm.
Quartz-sleeved UV array inactivates organisms before discharge.
The plant, the treatment train and the capture line in operation, from wharf to discharge.

Equipment comes with deployment support, spares and commissioning where you will use it. Your crews can be trained on the same systems through our training programs, and everything works with the MarineStream software out of the box.
Tell us the vessels or assets you work on. We will recommend an inspection, intervention or cleaning class configuration, with pricing and lead times.
